Logos Technologies - Developed a feedstock supply chain strategy, technology commercialization strategy, and comprehensive economic model for a DARPA funded biomass based jet fuel project.
Cobalt Biofuels - Established a targeted feedstock strategy as part of a comprehensive commercialization rollout plan, and evaluated pre-treatment options for this venture capital backed biofuel (biobutanol) and related chemical technology company.
Biomass to Power Client - Evaluated the potential availability, economics, and contracting issues for dedicated energy crops as a component feedstock for a 35 Mw greenfield biomass power facility development project.
Glatfelter - Provided an in-depth analysis of the renewable energy landscape and the PJM renewable energy credit market for a NYSE listed paper manufacturer that also produces renewable electricity from biomass.
International Engineering Firm - Analyzed operational feasibility, economics and developmental options and strategies for an international engineering conglomerate considering the development of a US based sweet sorghum to ethanol enterprise.
Large Private Land Owner - Developed recommendations for value added agricultural operations and facilitated the establishment of a Wagyu (Kobe beef) cattle herd for a large private land owner.
Corn to Ethanol - Managed all development aspects of multiple corn to ethanol projects for both corporate and farmer co-op based owners – including site selection, feedstock and off-take contracting, financial analysis and capital raise, and project management of engineering, permitting and EPC contractors. Corporate clients included such firms as Sempra Energy Trading, The Andersons, ConAgra, Bunge and Land O’Lakes.
