We genuinely believe that our success results entirely from our clients’ success. We become an integral part of the team, get up to speed quickly and stay no longer than needed to get the job done. Because we want enduring relationships, we work hard to exceed expectations so that it is an easy decision to hire or partner with us again.

How We Engage

We seek collaborative working relationships, the structure of which can vary depending on the specific situation of the project or deal and the objectives of the parties involved. Compensation arrangements can range from providing traditional and straightforward fee based consulting or advisory services to shared risk arrangements, including partnerships, JV’s, equity participation and other back end or deferred structures (including gain sharing), whereby some portion of our reward is linked to success based milestones.
